The spa facilities and the food were excellent. As a guest you notice the holistic concept in many details, from the "green" bed to the small portions of butter and cakes, and the tasty vegetables.
The rooms are not very romantic, as there are different mattresses in the double bed, not in level with each other, and the room temperature was very low. The information about the special offers could have been better.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel nestled deep in the French forest. The location, surrounded by the green wooded hills of the northern Vosges, was absolutely breathtaking. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for including a comfortable sitting area and a lovely terrace to enjoy the picturesque views. I also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the high-quality bio products in the delicious breakfast spread and the little touches like a welcome drink upon arrival. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a variety of services available to help me relax and rejuvenate. I even had the opportunity to use the outdoor swimming pool in the middle of December, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. my stay here was truly relaxing and memorable.
I highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway.

When you book a classical room, you get a room with a single persons bed, 140 cm, not big enough for 2 people. And these rooms have not been renovated. If you a book a room for 2 persons, there should be a bed for 2 persons, so 180 cm. The bathroom was very small and and old fashioned. The reception was not friendly, no possibility to get another room unless you pay a hugh supplement. And you cannot speak in the sparoom, no cell phones allowed and no smoking outside, not very recommandable for business people.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel nestled in the heart of the woods, with clean and spacious rooms and amazing spa facilities. The hotel offers free parking and is located in the national park, so close to nature, making it a perfect spot to explore this city. Also, the staff was very welcoming, always helping us with a smile. Lastly, the breakfast was yummy, made with high-quality bio products.
Nothing at all.

The spa facilities are really nice and the personnel is very attentive and polite.
Price is really too expensive for the category of the hotel and service provided. In addition, we were deceived about dinner.

The views of the forest are great and the availability of outdoor activities helps you get in touch with nature. , the food was delicious and well-presented. there was a variety of spa treatments which are always welcomed while on vacation.
we had to wait for long periods to be attended to. there was a problem with connectivity, the Wi-Fi was non-existent, and the staff did not seem to be bothered about it, nor were they willing to assist in resolving the issue.

Located amongst the French forest, this hotel provided tranquil scenery and numerous hiking trials nearby. the local area was convenient to visit and explore with many exciting outdoor activities. the room was spacious with a cozy atmosphere, comfortable bathroom, and excellent service. the breakfast was abundant with delicious, healthy food that catered to all our dietary needs. the spa area was clean, and the treatments were relaxing, with plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks that made us feel at ease.
Sadly, the yoga class was unavailable due to a clashing spa treatment; it would have been an excellent way to unwind and relax.

We were given an upgrade to a superior room, which was very much appreciated. A very nice touch and this will certainly make it more likely that we will recommend this hotel to others. The spa facilities were very good, especially for a small hotel: varied, modern and clean. The restaurant, although lacking in atmosphere as there were few others eating, was very good.
The breakfast, at 25 euros per person, is over-priced. It is optional, however. I have paid 25 euros for breakfast at other hotels and not thought that it was too expensive, but at this price it must be excellent.

The view from the hotel was breathtaking, with beautiful scenery all around. the spa facilities were fantastic, with lots of options for relaxation and treatments. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was heated and very refreshing.
The room was quite small and basic. the restaurant lacked variety and was quite expensive.

Did not enjoy my stay. The breakfast was the only positive point
Although I had booked a particular room - Comfort Room at 220 euros excl.breakfast - I was told that I was being up-graded to a Superior Room but the Superior Room was located at the back of the hotel with a view of a brick wall. When I asked if there was not a better room I was told that I could be accomodated back in a Comfort Room which I accepted; even though it was smaller it was much nicer with a pretty view of the countryside. I cant imagine why they consider a slightly smaller room is worse than one looking at a brick wall on the ground floor. Perhaps Booked.net applicants are allocated the less attractive rooms. As a paying hotel resident, when I am talking to a receptionist I expect their attention, and resent the common habit of when the phone rings they answer the phone and then hold a lengthy conversation. This is extremely rude, but was a common occurrence at this hotel. Also there was nobody to assist me with my lugage; for a hotel that charges such high rates, I expect to have assistance with my luggage at the very least but particularly for those over 60.
